| User ReviewBart &Caught this one late night on HBO and it's one of my favorite movies. Jim Belushi gives a memorable performance for a character that must have been a lot of fun to play. This movie is no oscar contender but I gave it 5 stars because I've watched it so many times that I felt it deserved it. This is a great cult classic. Now will someone please release it on DVD so I can throw out my VHS player. |

This movie had the potential to be outstanding - but there are too many "holes" in the plot for it to be great: * The ending scene is just unbelievable. * Kyle Chandler's strong feelings of love are a little far-fetched. * Jim Belushi teaches Chandler all this respect for hits on one hand, and then disrespects people's graves on the other hand. Overall, the movie was much better than I expected - but it could have been so much more - had the plot been a little tighter. |
