Leave your thoughts about Undoing.
VarietyPeter Debruge[Director] Lee evokes the character of his varied Los Angeles environments, even if the human element feels as if it's been done -- and undone -- before.
Filmcritic.comDon Willmottthough it's marred by way too many film school editing tricks, it's still a gripping little tale
Slant MagazineRob HumanickDespite the fact that its style comes off as somewhat schizophrenic, Undoing is a film of remarkably direct emotions.
Los Angeles CityBeatAndy Klein... full of flashy visual flourishes %u2026 in fact, too full. What at first seems intriguing quickly becomes a problem, complicating an already unclear narrative.
L.A. WeeklyFrako LodenLos Angeles neo-noir meets multiformat video grit with varying degrees of success.
Village VoiceJulia Wallace[Director Chris Chan] Lee tries to innovate, but he relies on so many tricks -- woozy overexposures, rapid-fire slideshows -- that his movie looks like the product of a teenager playing with the camera on his new MacBook.

User ReviewMellie LI went to the Boston premiere and met lead actor Sung Kang, executive producer Phil Lam, and producer Karin Chien. The movie was artistically shot and featured a who's who cast of Asian American actors, ranging from veteran Russell Wong to Bobby Lee from MadTV. The plot was a bit hard to follow - sometimes it seemed like a series of unlinked interactions between Sam (Sung Kang) and whoever he happened upon. Actually, if anyone wants to tell me what the relationship between any of the characters is, it would help me a lot. The movie does have implied sex, violence, death, drugs, and a generally dark overtone, so you've been warned if you want to take young children to see it.
User ReviewDaron JPersonally...thought there we're some brave directorial and editing choices that made this film unique ...Certainly a vividly asthetic
User ReviewUrsula LGreat cinematography, but the screenplay slifles the actors. Sung Kang does the best he can with the lines he's given.
