DVDTalk.comDavid CorneliusThere's nothing fun or kitschy or silly about The Werewolf of Washington. There is only badness. And not the good kind.
| User ReviewBrody MNo ordinary film, it appears almost to be a stage play. The audio (hearing) part of this is very bad. For very unconventional film lovers, this one is most weird. What film maker, producer, thinks this stuff succeeds as a film? Reporter (Dean Stockwell) is sent to Hungary and bitten by a werewolf, but when he returns to Washington, he's given a job as press assistant to the President. As the moon comes up, our newly bitten werewolf report gets a liking for dog food. A most poorly made and sound deprived film. | User ReviewKevin BThis would have been difficult to sit through if it wasn't for Dean Stockwell and little person actor Michael Dunn as Dr. Kiss--a mad scientist working in a secret sub-basement of the White House! |
User ReviewRichard GThe president's Press Secetary is bitten by a werewolf, therefore turning into a Werewolf every full moon,Because he works close to the President the lives of peple in the White House are in Danger,Horribly Trashy Werewolf film, the make up effects are'nt impressive either,it is amusing to see a werewolf be tamed by a midget though.
User ReviewJustin Wmidgets tame werewolves. that's all i've learned from this film...if you've got a werewolf, then get yourself a midget. aside from that, i've learned politics and werewolf movies just don't mix well. but, if you're curious to see the trainwreck, i suppose it can't hurt to watch.
User ReviewRichard DTerribly goofy. It follows about the same effects as The Wolfman while having a dumb plot and lame characters. Most of the werewolf scenes look silly, and the pacing is awful. The film doesn't led much to anywhere or strike out as interesting.
User ReviewLaurie AAll you need to know about this movie is that Dean Stockwell turns into a werewolf and licks a midget.
User ReviewPrivate UThe ending over the credits is unbelivably bad.
User ReviewByron BTongue in cheek werewolf film, nice job by Dean Stockwell, but it's just too silly and it loses steam rather quickly. Not very involving.
