User Review - 8/10 by Matthew JWith a brilliant story and wonderful acting , this WWII story about making of a movie just scores in every scene.
User Review - 6/10 by Ann LTHE MOON AND THE STARS Pretty good drama set in pre-WWII Fascist Italy. A serious and thought-provoking story featuring a credible plot and decent acting. However, the film seemed a bit short to fully explore the subject matter and develop the characters other than to give the viewer a mere glimpse into the lives of these people being caught up in the major conflict to come.

User Review - 2/10 by Kostas Ka very lackluster and very boring pre world war 2 drama. al molina is great as usual, but jonathan pryce, who i usually like, is way over the top in this one, and i had a hard time enjoying him in this one. all in all this movie is a complete snorefest.
