User ReviewOscar HCampy and ultra hokey low budget jungle tale, the acting ranges from laughably bad to decent. Unintentionally funny throughout the film. So bad it is entertaining.
User Reviewjay nOne of the worst thought out stories to ever be captured on film. I'm not sure for what category, but this movie deserves a Razzie. The story makes absolutely no sense. The acting and dialogue are laughable, and the stock footage is ridiculous. This clearly the work of an amateur. I love watching old films and I like "B" movies, but this was just way to atrocious to recommend. There is nothing redeeming about this one. The film runs for about 60 minutes and it's still too long!
User ReviewKevin M. WSomeone has noted that half of this film comes from stock jungle footage and it's true, I saw a lot of this already in several jungle films of the era. The rest looks as if done in somebody's living room with a "jungle" makeover. The story is so inane as to be laughable: a ship goes down in a storm leaving only woman survivors and (instead of leaving) they become the Amazons of the title. Is there a half finished jar of peanut butter for you in the kitchen, cause it'll go down easier than this.
