User Review - 7/10 by KenG.The lesbian romance aspect is clumsy, and comes across almost as an afterthought that filmakers had after shooting was complete (and thus went back and made lame attempt to add it). Off course you know this wasn't the case since movie was made by the gay cable channel Here TV, but it feels like it was the case. However movie is effective and entertaining as an action-thriller, and though Hemmingway and Bennett have little chemistry together, each is fine indivually. Keith is also good as the vice president, and in this day and age there is something refreshing about a vice president (or president), who is the first to grab a gun, and put his life at risk.
User Review - 6/10 by Nawawi BWhen I read about the plot summary of this movie on my cable TV guide, I was sold! It's about a group of plane crash survivors, led by a badass vice president and a tough lesbian CIA agent, findng themselves in enemy territory.
User Review - 6/10 by Steven VWhy the plane crashed in the first place is uncertain, when the plane crossed over the island it's engines where running and the pilot had both elevator and aileron control judging by the way it maneuvered around obstacles on the island. The crash was of course necessary to set-up the main plot of the movie. This is a pretty standard action flick except the main John Rambo type hero character is female. Like most movies of this genre the hero's seem to be immune to pain or serious physical injury even when they jump out of a moving jeep and slide down the side of a cliff, apart from the occasional cut or scratch. The hero's never miss a shot while the villains can take out a sundry character with a single shot, but can't seem to hit the hero's even when there are several of them using machine guns. If you like action flicks it is quite entertaining, but like most of this type of movie one is not expected to take them seriously. Mariel Hemingway's character as a well-trained ex-marine as capable, tough and resourceful as any, regardless of gender. The tension between the to female character's I saw as territorial in that the reporter was encroaching on her relationship with the Vice-president. As to the suggestion that it should have had a sex scene I feel that given the time frame the events are supposed to have occurred, the plot scenario and the pace of the film any sex scene regardless of sexual orientation would have been inappropriate. Goofs in the opening scene's in the aircraft despite the apparent turbulence affecting the passengers the cards and glasses did not slide around on the polished wood table, although the liquid in the glasses did slop around slightly.

User Review - 4/10 by Trent RBTS delivers far more than one might expect at this budget, with Hemingway portraying a rather chaste lesbian Rambo of sorts. She doesn't use her chin as a weapon, but they throw a good variety of firearms and chase/trap/sniping scenarios our way in fairly quick order. The uncut version of this offers a rather awkward lesbian kiss, as her means to settle down the reporter love interest who has just made her first kill.
