Ozus' World Movie ReviewsDennis SchwartzIt's a faithful and respectable version of Conrad's great classic, but not one that's memorable or exciting.
User ReviewAndy BInteresting use of sounds of the jungle for a soundtrack.
User ReviewAna AInteresting use of sounds of the jungle for a soundtrack.
User ReviewAsa DFor a made for TV movie, this is a fantastic film. A very faithful adaption of the same novel that inspied Apocalypse Now!, though of course the movies differ in so many ways that they perhaps shouldn't even be compared. I like this adaption a lot, though I could understand why some people wouldn't.
User ReviewJelena Ji love the book so much that i couldn't give it less than 4 stars, though in my personal opinion, they really could've and should've done it better
User ReviewAbel DWhen I looked at the tomatometer it read 40% and only 4% liked it. This film is much better than that. It's not a milestone like Coppola's Apocalypse Now, but it's absolutely a watchable and enjoyable film. Cheers
User ReviewJeff SIts not bad! Its not as good as Coppola's "Apocalypse Now" given that its a tv movie. From A to F I would say its a High B movie!
User ReviewAusten VI can't believe the cast they managed to get! A soon forgotten crazy flick :)
User ReviewTrevor CSuch a by the numbers adaptation is disapointing from such a visionary and stylistic director.
User ReviewSteve GTraurige Story, aber ein nettes Setting ung eine gute Besetzung.
