Leave your thoughts about Guns, Girls and Gambling.
Movie ChambersPaul ChambersNothing witty about this blood-soaked action flick. But for fans of the genre, it might be a decent time-passer, providing you don't mind "stupid." Most of the jokes miss the target.
Los Angeles TimesMark OlsenA movie first and foremost about other movies, a derivative of derivatives, "Guns, Girls and Gambling" is like a losing hand at cards: It could have been a winner, but just isn't.
7M PicturesKevin CarrFor a movie in which you hope to see plenty of girls and guns, you really only get the guns... of the metal kind, that is.
User ReviewDen BA fun, crazy, witty romp with a fantastic cast. If you're a fan of Gary Oldman and Christian Slater (think True Romance reunion) and like Dane Cook (always great), you'll love this movie...
User ReviewBud Lloved this movie, what a cast.Slater and Oldman almost like True Romance
User ReviewScubaSteve Walter MGood movie full of twists is entertaining
User ReviewTony Eddard SSlow first half with a second half full of nicely pulled off twists. Loved 'The Blond'. She was the best character out of all of them. Christian Slater pulled off another narration/main character just like he did in Kuffs, a damn good underrated comedy-action movie. Gary Oldman was great as the Elvis Elvis, too bad it was such a small roll. The midget 'little person' was the same one from Bad Santa and he made the film even more enjoyable to watch. I didn't care too much for the 'gay elvis' played by Chris Kattan. He was very hit and miss in SNL and a complete miss in this movie. Matter of fact, his character was completely useless and didn't really impact the movie at all. Asian Elvis had a really funny part in Elvis Elvis's apartment with John Smith (Christian Slater's character) and the girl next door. The girl next door ended up being The Rancher's (Played by Powers Booth, another small roll) daughter and she was ok over all. I usually can't stand Dane Cook at all. He is one of the most annoying comedians and an even more worthless actor than Chris Kattan. However, his roll as one of the sheriffs was on par with the girl next door. Did I like the movie? Yes I did. If the second half was exactly like the first half, I would have given it 2.5 stars. But the second half of the movie makes it worth watching and deserves an additional 1.5 stars. So I award this slow, actionish, comedy-like movie 4/5 stars.
User ReviewDavid KThis movie is great! Funny! Gary Oldman, Dane Cook, Tony Cox, Christian Slater are hilarious in this movie.
User ReviewJordan Fthis movie could have really gone places with the story line but it didn't. that being said I did like this movie, the typical B-movie action and violence was refreshing break form Hollywood violence and it has a few comical parts, if you are sick and sadistic.
User ReviewAndy GGuns, girls and gambling is a low budget action movie. It was ok, good actors but story that been done to many times.
