| Ozus' World Movie ReviewsDennis SchwartzA sensitive and quaint western, with an irrepressible charm. |
| User ReviewDave JTuesday, October 5, 2010 (1948) Four Faces West WESTERN Ross played by Joel McCrea tries to secure a loan from a bank and when they wouldn't give him that opportunity, he demands the loan by threatening to use his gun resulting to a manhunt for his capture. It sometimes look like a sort of a cat-and-mouse game and the story was very involving, up until the pretentious Hollywood ending! Haven't seen many films that deal with this nature that involve Westerns and "bank loans"! 3 out of 4 |
