User ReviewAmber BI love the way Cagney says "Hoooneeey" to Blondell and how she's always slapping him. The naughty pre-Code bits and creative cons they pull off make this movie a riot.
User ReviewShannon COne of my favorite movies, James Cagney was so charming... Huh-neeeeeeeey. Only thing I didn't LOVE was the ending... I liked the last line, but it weirded me out. haha.
User ReviewAdam DA classic forbidden Hollywood early 1930s crime comedy drama pre code 1931 movie the bath tub scene and James Cagney you Dirty rat dialogs are in this movie.

User ReviewArt SAn old but still pretty fresh movie about con artists. Like a Lubitsch movie but without Lubitsch, and much more American. It does well to link the con artists to the "legitimate" stock market/broker.
User ReviewSarah FBlondell and Cagney were one of the best screen teams. Right up there with Powell and Loy and Astaire and Rogers.
User ReviewPaul MCagney and Blondell are excellent together in this caper-heavy drama.
User ReviewJustin MCagney + Blondell will eat your children.
