Hector and Lefty are two brothers hanging out on Sunday, getting their prized lowrider ready to cruise the boulevard. They are challenged by Crazy Loc, the neighborhood bully, to a hop off and loose. With their backs against the wall, they try to do what ever it takes to come up with the money by nights end.
