The New Paper (Singapore)Melanis Tai... the plot is choppy and the jokes lose out to the last three films.
User ReviewOliver TThe movie is still worth the money. But some parts are really cringey and there are too many advertisements.
User ReviewChua KNot as funny as compared to the 1st movie.
User ReviewHeng LThe storyline defied logic so much that I'm surprised it even got made in the first place. The same goes with the cringe-worthy lines and the forced camaraderie scenes. But having said that, as an Armour Infantry trooper, I sat through all this quite happily. Hate him if you will, but Jack Neo doesn't pretend to deliver anything more than a crass crowd-pleaser these days - and that, he has fulfilled. In fact, I got to thank him for making a movie that ennobles and pays homage to my army days!
