Suddenly, Agnès learns she has West Indian roots, that her grandmother's family rum distillery is coveted by unscrupulous competitors and that she has a sorceress cousin who is out for revenge. It is all a lot to handle for a young woman who is also being trailed by two ill-intentioned individuals working for a rival perfume manufacturer. As support, Agnès has to rely on a bodyguard sent by her employer to protect her precious "nose." Their relations prove to be stormy but, against a backdrop of magic and exoticism, true love has its way.
