User ReviewDave FLovely bit of arthouse sci-fi. Much much better than Immortel. Was not at all surprised to find that Bilal has Moebius connections.
User ReviewNaoya KSuper great offbeat French sci-fi. The second feature by Enki Bilal. From use of color of set design, costumes, settings to choice of actors, this is really royal to world view of his own graphic novel works. All the characters are very well developed, and story gets simpler and more attractive comparing to "Bunker Palace Hotel." All the actors are great, especially Michel Piccoli and Richard Bohringer. Also, I think this film is one of the few in which Julie Delpy is filmed super beautifully. Very unique film you gotta experience.

User ReviewPatrick Rtook a while to understand what the hell was happening, but mostly i didn't care because the visuals and characters were so great. reminded me of gormenghast and/or dune. by the end everything comes together. very cool movie.
