| User ReviewSimon RThis film is genius. A bunch of inmates in a prison that is run somewhat like a hotel are persuaded to pull off an outside heist by Wilfred Hyde-White. The perfect alibi. Unfortunately a new prison officer arrives, in the form of the brilliant Lionel Jeffries, who is not only horrified by the cushy set up but has really got it in for Peter Sellers and his gang. Sellers in his prime before he became, dare I say it, somewhat pretentious. |
