Movie Reviews

DVDTalk.com - 9/10 by Brian OrndorfIt's a film to admire from afar, taking on the challenge of depicting war zone trauma, but it rarely connects in any sort of profound manner.
Reeling Reviews - 9/10 by Laura Clifford...the central character's journey, while metaphorically rich in an obvious way, lacks some credence when all is said and done...Branko Djuric's Talzani could carry his own whole film
MovieMaker Magazine - 7/10 by Dan LybargerIt's the 88-year-old Christopher Lee's juiciest role in ages, and watching him play off with Farrell is easily worth enduring the shortcomings in 'Triage.'
User Review - 10/10 by Chris MOkay, so the fifth star is just because Colin answered my question about his character Mark with a personal anecdote about his rehab experience (this in the Q&A following the premiere at TIFF). Nothing sexier than a man who's not afraid to be vulnerable. *Swoon* Oh yes... the movie! In short, it is destined for Oscar-ville, at the VERY least for Christopher Lee's riveting supporting role as a Spanish psychiatrist who treats Colin's (yes, we are now on a first-name basis, at least in my mind) traumatized war photographer.
User Review - 10/10 by Tim FThis deserves better than 54% people! This is one of Colin Farrells best realistic films ever!he realy shows a lot of emotion and thinking and that in an Irish way! ;p the story starts of sublimely with a few hints of whats actually happening, but if you pay close attention the hints are obvious (the ribbons for example). Very mysterious , sort of biographical plotline and when christopher lee starts his psychological episode its even learnfull. the outcome is mindbubbling!terrific movie about a photographer-journalists view!
User Review - 10/10 by Diane CI thought this a beautifully understated movie, rather the bookend to The Hurt Locker. The relationships are honest and open, the scars of war brutal and far reaching. The characters are complicated, their lives intertwined, the backstory and history between all of them hinted at subtly bit by bit, until by the end the viewer understands the reasons Walsh is crippled. Sad and yet hopeful all at once.
User Review - 10/10 by Leon BRiveting and painful to watch for the realities of the culture of war. The effects of constant war coverage on the life of a war photographer will stay with you for a while. The contrast of Western civilization with tribal cultures of the Middle East will make you grateful for even a life of low privilege in the West. It is still life. This movie and the performance of its cast deserve long introspection and examination now and into the future.
User Review - 10/10 by Bill MAbsolutely awesome. I loved it. Very graphic but an awesome story :)
User Review - 10/10 by Eleonora MBrilliant role of Colin Farrell in a cruel real life drama.
