User Review - 6/10 by Movie KStephen Chow early action movie non-comedy. A rather small role for him. Quite action pack and message of loyalty and brotherhood is in the movie. Wu Ma is a triad boss, not happy another gangster Philip Ko used his boat to ship drugs. Stephen Chow & Chen Kuan Tai are Wu henchmen and both sides gunfight, duo kills alot of men. Danny Lee arrive in bike and assist Chen. Zhao Lei is the big boss. Ti Lung is another right hand man of his gang. Danny girlfriend is Tien Niu. Shing Fui On want to work with Danny to get rid of Zhao but the latter is respectful of his big boss and Shing retreats. While on the way home, Zhao driver signal rival gang to block Stephen escorting from behind. He drive to a petrol kiosk and the rival ambush their car and kill Zhao. Shing came to offer his condolences and tell Danny they will work again. This arouse the suspicious of Stephen and Chen. David Chiang was the ex-brother of the others and his girlfriend was Cally Kwong but now she's with Chen unwillingly. Wu hope he can return to help but he decline. David work as fish delivery driver. Bill Tung was a cop now a restaurant manager. He buys fish from David. Stephen hope Chen can be the new boss and dislike Danny. Wu suspect the ambush is done by a traitor amongst them and want the lawyer James Wong to help. Wu announce Zhao wish is to handover to Danny. He isn't taking it well. Chen is angry he isn't the one. Danny want to break up with Tien for her safety but she refuse and says she's pregnant. Shing visit Danny offering a business but Danny decline. Danny visit David in his fish farm. The driver from that day call Chen and he record the conversation, revealing its Danny that ask him to do. Stephen drive van knock Tien and she suffer miscarriage. Danny think its Shing doing and call him out. Parkman Wong is the cop trying to catch the triads. An informer give the tape recording to him. He is bribe by Stephen and he later kills him. The cops now await at the same venue as Danny. Stephen prepare a sniper rifle to kill Danny. He invite Shing to talk in his car and then ask why he send people to knock Tien. Shing deny and Danny kill him. Parkman emerge and Stephen shot him in the arm, Danny turn and shoot him too. Chen arrive to help Danny. Chen kill Parkman. Stephen apologise to Chen and he scold him for involving the police. Stephen snatch his gun and says he will take the rap for him. Wu want Chen to lie low for the time being. He goes home and found Cally slit her wrist. Chen meet David and says Danny is the mastermind. He find Danny with the tape and want the truth. He reply its insignificant anymore. David go find Chen and Cally suicide. Danny decide to marry Tien. David forgo his fish farm to exact revenge. David unexpectedly arrive at the wedding and kill Danny. David take Chen hostage and escape. Chen has been hiding the driver all this while and kills him. He also instruct insider to kill Stephen in jail. Chen gather his men to attack the main house and hold Wu and James hostage. He want to see Zhao real will who he task to be the successor. The guy is David and Zhao told Wu that if Chen take the place, it will be chaotic. Chen shot James and then David arrive. Cally told him the truth before she die in his arms. Danny also arrive and its the ploy of the 2 brothers. Both sides gunfight. Chen hold Wu hostage. Danny shoot Wu and then combine to kill Chen.
