Federal officer with the Department of Homeland Security discovers a national security breach related to the entry of 23 aliens from terrorist countries (Special Interest Countries) into the United States, allowed to enter the country without proper scrutiny. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner, former head of the DEA Robert Bonner can't afford any more media scrutiny, since his incompetence was already exposed in the NASA 'Challenger' disaster. To avoid the scandal, the full might of the government is unleashed against Julia Davis, her family and witnesses. Having followed protocol to make her protected disclosure, Julia Davis is subjected to retaliation of an unprecedented magnitude, including malicious prosecutions and the use of Blackhawk helicopters that surpassed the Bin Laden assault, with airplanes for warrantless surveillance. After being confronted with irrefutable evidence of gross government misconduct, the Department of Homeland Security quietly settles the case but the war on American heroes and heroines continued.

New York TimesJeannette CatsoulisThis screeching exposé from Asif Akbar serves neither the viewer nor its embattled subject.
Shockya.comBrent SimonAn aura of 'truthiness' more than truth surrounds this messy offering -- an intensely felt but poorly reasoned cinematic treatise against abuse of governmental power and bureaucracy run amok.

User ReviewKathy WI am appalled by the harsh reviews below. I suggest removing the plank from your eye, stop greasing palms around you and pay attention! Some reviews are mere opinion missing several very serious points. Your top critics are simply that. Critics- without merit. While I was familiar with the story, the impact of the film was much more powerful for me. What I saw happening was and still is a grave abuse of power. I know too well the depths that corporate world and corporate law uses to undermine someone who simply did their job and while doing so discovered and reported suspicious activity (per protocol) There was no just cause to raid their home- especially in the matter I saw taking place. It was and is a gross misuse resources that lead to several untimely deaths. This should never have happened. America has very dirty secrets they would rather kill people to hide then admit complicity. If you care about Country, please use the personal accounts that are available to everyone and inform yourself... I can't help but wonder if the negative reviews below are still a part of undermining the big picture. US Citizens need to know how their government and others work, and how they will use any means possible to get the results they want.
User ReviewMartin KDavis' found factually innocent of all charges in Federal Court by a overwhelming preponderance of evidence. Most high level officials, judges, and the two ICE agents leading the "harassment" are still on the job or have been promoted! This will literally scare the shit out of you. Started in BUSH era and continues today I'm afraid!
User ReviewGreg Sthese morons who are grading the style of the movie don't seem to realize the level of hypocrisy by the government.
