What could be a ham-handed premise is managed deftly, delivered with utterly sincere and delicate performances especially by Blaize Buzan as Jen, as well as writer-director Jer Sklar himself. James Sharpe proves depth in a supporting role as a private eye, and a handful of great character actors liven up protagonist Tom's senior "years." Truly a unique film that should leave you full of wonder. |
