Movie Reviews

New York Times - 9/10 by Ken JaworowskiIt certainly demands patience (and a forgiving eye) as it experiments with an odd style. Yet it’s also a compassionate look at characters who don’t dwell on life. Instead, they live.
Slant Magazine - 8/10 by Sean NamIt's to Britni West's credit that she's yoked the film's experimental sequences with the hard reality of characters trying to figure things out.
User Review - 8/10 by Mark WWonderful indie debut by Mn filmmaker Britni West and starring St. Paul poet Paul Dickenson. I felt like I was lost in a trance as she alternated scenes of children playing while the people around them tried to make sense of their life. A film that is a subtle commentary on America but also a love letter.
