The New York TimesDaniel M. GoldThe satire - about religion, medicine, TV culture - is larded unevenly, the homage overly obvious.
The Hollywood ReporterFrank ScheckAggressively quirky but lacking any real wit - unless you consider a lengthy monologue about the taste of semen to be side-splittingly funny - the film based on David Gilbert's satirical novel is a non-starter.
Village VoiceSimon AbramsWhen everybody finally accepts that they've been experiencing a prolonged, semi-self-inflicted meltdown, Ciancimino and director Kevin Patrick Connors's lone gag pays off. Too bad the joke is only funny in retrospect.
User ReviewMatthew SI rather enjoyed this flick. I think it would have a made a great TV series too. I would have loved to have more time for the crazy antics from each of the green team. Don't watch this if you fear needles or blood you might find yourself out cold. It humorously villainizes the big pharma groups and testing medical farms out there. It a great little flick if you have time.
