A sudden death tied to a list from the past leads to unimaginable evil. Fresh out of law school and full of hope for the future, Renny Jacobson is stunned by his father's sudden death--and then by the terms of the will: the elder Jacobson has left the bulk of his estate to charity. For his only son, he has left nothing more than the contents of a deposit box and interest in a company no one has heard of--the Covenant List of South Carolina, Ltd. When Renny encounters lovely Jo Johnston, meets the members of "The List," and discovers the staggering value of his father's mysterious bequest, his hope is resurrected. But why is Jo, to whom he is deeply attracted, so reluctant for him to claim his rightful share? Renny feels the supernatural power of the 140-year-old covenant--feels it and wants it for himself. But when his life and Jo's begin to unravel, he is forced to face the truth about "The List." And nothing short of a miracle will save them from its grasp.

Common Sense Media - 6/10 by Emily AshbyCute romantic comedy has a few racy scenes.
User Review - 8/10 by Jenn Tcute romantic drama. what happens when a man who makes a list for everything he does in life falls in love with someone who pretents to be the same but is so much not that way. the actors are well picked, the storyline is easy to follow, but why i did not rate it a 5 stars is because the storyline has been done before and besides it bein g very entertaining it was a little bit pertitable. good rental though.
User Review - 6/10 by KatrinaThis was a cute movie, I love Wayne Brady.
User Review - 6/10 by Trina JVery cute worth seeing fro sure on a soft mushy day...
User Review - 4/10 by Austin CNothing more than an extended sit com sketch, as Wayne Brady trys to find real love after his marriage proposal is rejected. Performances are all OK, but there is nothing here that you cant catch on TV any night of the week
User Review - 2/10 by DONT ADD ME! just message me (only saw it for wayne brady. movie wasn't that good though
User Review - 2/10 by Heather MThis is what happens when I let my grandmother dictate what goes on my netflix list.
User Review - 2/10 by Leigh BOne star for having fly Tatyana Ali and fly Sydney Potier. Wayne Brady was not funny at all in this movie. And Flex wasn't either. I should have known from the beginning that when Wayne Brady's character got dissed by Tatyana Ali's character after he proposed and he bumped into the waitress that it was Sydney Poitier's character. This movie had a lot of plot twists and a very predictable ending. Wayne Brady's character ended up with the woman that he was trying to get with the entire movie! But she was lying to him the entire movie. And look out for a very unfunny Malcolm Jamal Warner playing the stupid soon to be ex husband who is addicted to his cell phone.
User Review - 2/10 by Audrius MThis wrong movie. I'm rating The List that is about some secret society. This movie is really
User Review - 2/10 by Cindy LNot the right cover here.. "The list" with Malcom McDowell, Chuck Carrigton is simply a waste of time. May be some very naive people will end up to believe that prayers are the answer to all their troubles. I have the feeling that I have spent almost 2 hours with a sneaky Jehovah witness. I guess with that movie all the cast and crew got their place to heaven!
