Anne's business partner Youssef El Kilali takes advantage of the situation and gets a new order for the detective agency "Fuchs and El Kilali": The search for Konrad Gelden's murderer. The client: Konrad Gelden's son Markus. Anne is electrified: Konrad Gelden has a son? This Markus is about as old as her Florian would be now. Are Markus and Florian perhaps identical? Youssef's wife, Simone, helps check this out. The investigation into Konrad's death leads Anne to her old companion, Ruhleben. The owner of a security company had dubious business relationships with Konrad. When Anne succeeds in searching Ruhleben's office, she finds decisive evidence that her son Florian is alive - contrary to what had been assumed for years. Youssef struggles to get Anne to order - after all, it is a matter of satisfying a paying customer and finding out for Markus Gelden who killed his father. When the detectives find the perpetrator, Anne makes a terrible discovery.
