I didn't put much emphasis on the discussion of his choice to be a monk, but attempted to find a relationship between personal ideal life and contradictory real life, including family opposition and accidental experiences. The film is a record of an awkward condition of life, to reflect young people's fractions under fickle environment as well as dilemmas in realizing self-value.
