Two former baseball players, Ben (Jeremy Gardner) and Mickey (Adam Cronheim), cut an aimless path across a desolate New England. They stick to the back roads and forests to steer clear of the shambling corpses that patrol the once bustling cities and towns. In order to survive, they must overcome the stark differences in each other's personalities. Ben embraces an increasingly feral, lawless, and nomadic lifestyle while Mickey is unable to accept the harsh realities of the new world and longs for the creature comforts he once took for granted. A bed, a girl, and a safe place to live. When the men intercept a radio transmission from a seemingly thriving, protected community, Mickey will stop at nothing to find it, even though it is made perfectly clear that he is not welcome.

VODzilla.coAnton BitelJeremy Gardner's feature debut reduces the zombie apocalypse to an edgy buddy pic.
Digital JournalSarah GopaulThis is one of the best zombie films to be made in quite some time, owing much to Gardner's grasp of the genre and his on-screen chemistry with Cronheim.
Canada.comJay StoneGardner puts the monsters in the background while he concentrates on the growing difficulties between the two friends.
User Reviewcornelius tfantastic movie the soundtrack is also amazing.
User ReviewShariq HAbsolutely awesome film. The character development and emotions tie in to the watcher and make you feel as scared and mentally disturbed as the few survivors.
User ReviewElizabeth PThis movie was a unique account of zombie survival amungst 2 baseball players. It had the perfect amount of comedic relief, and the characters are so natural. I really enjoyed this and highly recommended it.
User ReviewVlad SAbsolutely brilliant movie! Forget its "horror" genre, in bare bones it's really a comedy + drama set in a zombie infested world. Zombies are just a staging area here. Somehow Jeremy Gardner made this movie on $6,000 budget and it's one of the best movies I've seen. Somehow it connects with you and at the same time disconnects from the rest of reality. Mix of down to Earth folks with everyday problems in a zombie world without any fake "action", pathetic heroism, and usual zombie cliche works its magic. God, how could I donate this guy some money so he can make another awesome movie?
User ReviewAna CThis is one of the best movies I've seen. it's on my top fav movies list. Battery offers a unique perspective on a zombie apocalypse with less focus on the zombies and more on two individuals simply trying to survive in day to day environments.
User ReviewRicardo RHands down, the best zombie film to come out in years. Where the walking dead fails on a weekly basis, this film succeeds.
User ReviewBrian Blove this movie. i mean absolutely love it. somehow this movie was instantly in my top 10 of all time of any genre. major or indie.
