A submarine expedition to salvage the remains of Mechagodzilla is thwarted by a massive dinosaur named Titanosaurus. Biologist Akira Ichinose is brought in by Interpol as an investigation is launched. | User ReviewCooper CThis is a favorite of mine. A direct sequel to Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla, this one does not mess around. It's very dark and serious but very very good. It's not quite as good but its almost as good as the one before it. You've gotta check it out. |
| User ReviewVampire FCette fois Godzilla devra lutter non seulement contre son homologue métallique mais aussi contre un nouveau venu: Titanosaurus, sorte de lézard géant aussi stupide que violent avec une crête orange du plus bel efet sur le crâne-:) Ils réussiront même à terrasser Gojira et à l'enterrer sous 3 mètre de terre, Titanosaurus poussant l'humiliation jusqu'a danser sur sa tombe! Heureusement une jeune scientifique tirer une sonde depuis un hélicoptère à l'aide d'un fusil de précision dans la nuque de Titanaosaurus et le neutraliser par les ultra-sons pendant que Godzilla essaye d'émerger du sol. Ensuite c'est la fameuse scène de la décapitation à mains nues de Méchagodzilla qui va tenter de faire griller Godzilla avec ses réserves de rayons laser, et voir notre héros courant au travers des flames au ralenti le tout accompagné de la fameuse musique d'Akira Ifukube reste un must absolu. Un très grand film. |

| User ReviewStanley CThis was one of the best Godzilla movies made, given how the '50s and '60s entries aren't well written. ToM still should have focused more on Godzilla and MechaGodzilla, they both and their battle were underscreened, it appeared that the movie was focused all on Titanosaurus. There was dynamic character development, where Professor Mafune is siding with the evil green gorilla aliens from the black hole, since he's giving fleshy muscular help to MechaGodzila in wiping humans off the earth just for revenge against humans for calling him idiotic, but his daughter Katsura is good and his father doesn't want to kill or exploit his own daughter for revenge, and so Katsura kills herself just so MechaGodzilla goes offline and Godzilla can destroy it. |

| User ReviewAsif KIn this last entry of the original series sometimes referred to as the Showa Series Godzilla fights both Mechagodzilla who is now rebuilt and also a new monster by the name of Titanosaurus. The aliens may not turn into apes this time but its just as good as its predecessor nonetheless. |
