Okkes comes to Istanbul from a small village with his wife Fatma, son Mehmet and brother Cemal to Istanbul. They buy a tractor and work for paying its installments. Fatma works as a maid for a bar woman which bothers Okkes a lot. Mehmet sells illegal cigarettes and gets arrested. Okkes is fired and he starts selling fruits.
