The brothers' conflicts are magnified by their different life choices and their decision to become competitors and rivals. KC Carlyle is a more cautious rider than his younger brother Trip, who has more natural talent but takes too many risks. When KC gets an all-expenses paid factory--corporate sponsored--ride, a rift forms between the two brothers. Trip is forced to go at it alone, becoming a privateer--a rider without a sponsor. But when a career threatening crash ends Trip's Supercross career, he and KC realize that they must put aside their conflicts, and work together to help KC defeat the world's greatest Supercross champions.

Movie MomNell MinowIt's got all the depth and insight of a video game, but it manages to stay out of the way of its minor pleasures by not trying to be more complicated than it needs to be.
Hollywood ReporterMichael RechtshaffenIts release calculated to coincide with the X Games, Supercross: The Movie is advertainment to the extreme.
Film BlatherEugene NovikovIt's decent, against all odds -- or it would have been, had the producers bothered to shell out for an actual filmmaker to take the helm.
FilmJerk.comBrian OrndorfIt's all one long, sustained, amateurishly directed blur, rendering Supercross the movie and the sport about as appealing as a slapfight.
Boston GlobeWesley MorrisIn every sense, the movie feels like a pilot for a program that would follow The Mountain, that ski resort show on the WB.
Chicago ReaderJoshua KatzmanLike the drive-in classics of Roger Corman and Samuel Z. Arkoff, this develops the principal characters and conflicts with just enough depth and keeps the narrative moving at a brisk pace.
Cinema CrazedFelix Vasquez Jr.Finally, we get Supercross: The Movie, which basically fills in the holes Supercross: The Novel left behind.
VarietyJustin ChangCompletely disposable yet rousing on its own crude, testosterone-saturated terms.
Entertainment WeeklyScott BrownAmusingly, Supercross puts up a fierce anticorporate front, lauding the self-financed ''privateer'' over the ''factory'' cyclist. If this is a joke, few will get it.
St. Paul Pioneer PressChris HewittSupercross is completely random and goofy.
