A clash of the twins is inevitable since Amit lives a life of petty crime. The plot thickens when the twins fall in love with sisters. One of the sisters is a tawaif - a danseuse who entertains men. Suhag, is a fast paced action story where the underworld, the law enforcers, justice and society come together in a compelling story of intrigue, deceit, loyalty and integrity. Social values of the time - love and sacrifice for a sibling, parent, friend is thematically blended into the story. Will the separated twins meet? How will Vikram Singh react when he finds himself on opposite sides of the law from his twin sons? Will Durga honour her suhag (sacred covenant of marriage) after all these years?
