Lija is an 8-year-old girl who spends her days home alone, as her parents are usually absent due to their work. Her days are shortened by her pet bunny Bine, until one morning when Bine stops moving. The death of her bunny is a big shock for Lija, as she sees him as an equal family member. Shocked, she ignores the ringing telephone and becomes passive.
