Full Plot Details

There is a place... a place called Grockleton, wherein, high on a hill-top stands the lonely Beesley's Manor, governed by the villainous 'Landlord' and his lowly male counterparts (Pooch, Pike and the diesel-swilling Dobbin). Always on the look-out for new female company to help carry on the Beesley name, the Landlord keeps a watchful eye over Grockleton and anyone who dares to enter his land. When three improbable heroes stumble unsuspectingly into the Beesley's realm they are cruelly snared into a menacing hunt and an unstoppable frenzy of heart racing mayhem! Will the Landlord triumph and collect his 'trophies' (and maybe even a future bride?), or can the unlikely trio be victorious against him in his own game?

User Review - 10/10 by james bFor a first attempt at making a film, with no money (6,000 pounds I read) , family and friends as the actors (except for Warwick Davis in a supporting role) and no script--they shot it on the fly,---- this film rocks! Its ridiculously funny, actually scary in parts, unique bad guys and as long as you understand that its all very tongue in cheek, you will enjoy the ride. For those of you who aren't familiar with British slang, "fag" means cigarette, not a homosexual slur--you won't get one of the early jokes if you don't know this!

User Review - 6/10 by Michael La low budget effort with a interesting cheap look to it, as a group of people get slaughtered and so on in the countryside, definatly a amature effort, woth efective techniques throughout, and some nice horror moments considering its budget, the acting amature at best, but the charm and determination makes this a winner, after all we all remember peter jacksons bad taste dont we ? not that classic but a start

A little too obvious...but when i read about the movie and how they made it like that purposely for laughs, I have decided to change my descision and give this british dark comedy 3 stars...although it's not that funny and very unrealistic...i just like how they made it like that.

User Review - 4/10 by Heskimo HIt had a lot of charm for the first 20 minutes. After that it was obvious they ran out of story, and droned on and on needlessly for another hour or so. Warwick Davis should have been in it more, and it could have been saved.
