Rajshekar is extremely strict with his wife and children, though he undoubtedly loves them. A near death experience strengthens their love for each other. Lakshmi transforms herself into a very loving, dutiful and caring housewife, while her husband builds his successful business. The children are brought up to be disciplined, obedient and loving. Friends always remark on the couple's parenting skills. Rebellion sets in among the now adult children, and the once loving and well knit family are estranged. What brings them all together again?
