Movie Reviews - 9/10 by Chris Sawin Smart, bloody, well-written, and incredibly creepy, 'Resident Evil: Damnation' more than lives up to the 'Resident Evil' name.
Lyles' Movie Files - 8/10 by Jeffrey Lyles If you're a fan of the series, this is finally the 'Resident Evil' experience you've been waiting on.
User Review - 10/10 by Lee r After Degeneration I was worried when I heard Capcom was making another CG movie, but then I saw it and my mind was BLOWN! Love this movie! reccomend to any RE fan or even an action/horror buff. :)
User Review - 10/10 by Martin G Great addition to the franchise. Excellent new enemy.
User Review - 10/10 by Dawn P Had to watch it during day light for obvious reasons. I thought it was a great movie with excellent cg.
User Review - 10/10 by Karne A Resident Evil never lets me down! All 5 resident evil films keep getting even better same with Degeneration ad Damnation! Would like to see a 3rd CGI film CAPCOM! What i like about this movie and Degeneration is that both movies actually follow on from the games... Half the time im used to holding my hame pad ready to play the game after the scenes but its a movie.
User Review - 10/10 by Rory K Leon returns for another B.O.W. Bout, following up from 2009's 'Degeneration'. Damnation takes place in 2011 in the fictional Eastern Slav Republic in Eastern Europe. Right from the get go, we have yet another beautifully crafted introduction sequence before we're dropped into a war torn city. Tanks, explosions and gunfire galore. Not long after arriving, Leon is called out after the government change plans. Leon, being the good American he is.... disobeys the orders and carry's on due to the use of B.O.W's (Bio Organic Weapons). It's not long again, and he's against some of the slippery buggers and finds himself held prisoner by the 'terrorists'. Stuff goes awry and Leon, JD (The "I hate America but their stuff is awesome" kind of guy) and 'Buddy' (The leader) have to band together to survive. From then on the plot is filled with twists and turns, shocks and emotion. Every moment looks and sounds beautiful leading to one of the most amazing R-Rated CGI movies you will ever see. The movie is a must see. If you're unfamilliar with Resident Evil's story, you need only play RE4 to understand this one, as that gives you all you need to know.
User Review - 10/10 by David C Best movie adaptation of the Resident Evil game. Please don't confuse this with Alice, she's just in a random movie sharing the same name. Anyways, the movie starts off slow, but afterwards, there's never a dull moment. Capcom doesn't hold back on the action scenes either. The creatures are based on the Las Plagas (Resident Evil 4). The Lickers are from Resident Evil 2 (to show nostalgia, Capcom had the scene where the Licker's drool dripped on the floor and Leon looking up). <<< that's how you cater to fans. Not by giving scenes to a random character.
User Review - 10/10 by Jason G Neo Tyrants vs. Las Plagas Lickers with Leon and Ada! Much better than the live action Resident Evil movies.
User Review - 10/10 by Corey R keep these coming please! good to have a REAL resident evil to drown the shame forced on mankind by Anderson.
User Review - 10/10 by Frankie D I wish these movies were released in theaters instead of the live action ones.
User Review - 10/10 by Julio A Good story, but the true best things is that Leon and Ada stay true to their character and this movie doesn't ruin the Resident Evil story.
