Movie Reviews

CinemaSense.Com - 10/10 by Cornell & PetricelliA wonderfully stitched movie about a community overcoming racial prejudice via the crucible of its high school gridiron.
Greenwich Village Gazette - 9/10 by Eric LurioThis film ... is distributed under the Walt Disney brand, which means that it's supposed to be uplifting. Usually it means that it's for very little kids. Fortunately, this isn't the case and parents should be able to sit through it without any problems.
rec.arts.movies.reviews - 9/10 by Bob BloomIt is masterful, packed with emotion and some humor. It is an inspiring movie that should not be missed.
Variety - 9/10 by Todd McCarthyAside from its message-waving, pic dedicates itself to entertaining the audience via its military-style whip-'em-into-shape training antics, the sort of thing that always goes down very easily.
eFilmCritic.com - 9/10 by Andrew HoweThe film is awash with emotional, poignant moments.
Supercala.com - 9/10 by John VenableOne of the most entertaining films of the year.
The Film Yap - 9/10 by Nick RogersThe crack-of-dawn jog to Gettysburg is the only hokey Hail Mary in an otherwise smart, stirring sports film. Consider "Titans" a PG-rated, kindhearted drill for the brutal sadism that would win Denzel Washington an Oscar for "Training Day."
Movie Mom - 9/10 by Nell MinowA sure script, solid direction, and another sensational performance by Denzel Washington.
New York Post - 9/10 by Lou LumenickA civics lesson about integration very artfully - and entertainingly - disguised as an upbeat family sports movie.
Chicago Tribune - 9/10 by Michael WilmingtonWorks better and cuts deeper than the mostly fictionalized "Hoosiers."
