User Review - 8/10 by talija b... the life of jazz musician, Luca Flores, as he discovers his love of jazz and his gradual retreat into his own world of darkness. Watching his mum die in a car accident has cast a shadow, a gnawing torment upon his life that he never could escape from... this story reinforced my belief that all brilliant expressions of the soul come from the intensity of experience. The finale of the movie centred around a song written by Flores: How far can you fly?...

User Review - 6/10 by Susu WA legendary flick about a late Italian musician Lucas Flores. Fair overall, nothing ground breaking & kinda formulaic in fact. Another self-reserved, self-indulgent & even hysterical character by Kim Rossi Stuart but something was missing this time. His character was just a hollow-shell apart from knowing his life had been overshadowed by the death off his mother; but beside that- nothing. How about, the soul?

User Review - 4/10 by Yayo UThere are some problems of directing this story and casting the crews. The film does not capture Kim's talent (his expressions with eyes, for instance). I also did not feel Luca and Cinzia loved each other. Jasmine Trinca was wonderful for the Best of Youth, but not good this time.
