Cursed with a insatiable sex drive and a sadistic self loathing soul Payton has a thirst for the innocent and unsuspecting, girls and boys, as far as the men we learn to know them and grieve with them when they expire and root for the cops when they finally catch him. He totally gets his lurid appeal to the homosexual and works it to chilling results. Like a vampire you can not resist he uses everyone around him till they are squeezed to death and then tosses the away like sack of trash as he eyes his next victim, its a study in low self esteem and how differently it shows up in different people. Using his sexuality his attacks are of an equal opportunity offender as he assaults women men and older gents while getting off on the power they give him. As he says to a victim he is about to strangle "I will deliver you into peace peace of mind ny friend, my dick is god and god wants you" Or the poor passenger in the Chicago subway who he approached blatantly on a boxcar crowded with rush hour folks gawking, no shame no inhibition straight forward and with the confidence of a general who know the outcome of a battle and just goes through the motions sneering his way through. If you are extremely unhappy with your life inevitably you might ask yourself. Is this level of excitement worth dying for?
