For me it is an exceptionally well made cinema with a fine treatment of a biographical story of a Dacoit (read national champion in steeplechase race and subedar in Indian Armey for over 2 decades who represented India in Asian games!!) Pan Singh Tomar. Watch it as a serious cinema if you want to understand the socio-political fabric of one of the most infamous land inside India. Or watch it for some of the finest performances Bollywood has ever witnessed (Irfan Khan is just wow!) and heart-thumping background score. With movies like this we do not need to remake old classics like Agnipath..we can produce new classics infact. Hritik are you listening? |
