Leave your thoughts about Oxford Blues.
The New York TimesLawrence Van GelderThe scenery, however, is handsome, and Miss Pays is indeed the sort of beauty who might have inspired Fitzgerald. But on the subject of credible motivation, Oxford Blues is likely to have left him depressed.
User ReviewDiana SThis right smack dab in the middle of my crush on Rob Lowe, it could have been the stupidest movie but if he was in it, it was perfect lol
User ReviewPrivate URob Lowe at his best, totally cheezy the representation of the oxbridge crowd is so over the top it's fantastic. check out the one dudes hair...awesome!!!!
User ReviewAnthony VFor hard core "Brat Pack" fans only.
User ReviewTrista SAnother cute one from Rob Lowe early days.
User Reviewjon mNothing new here. Rob Lowe is his usual, dubbed-over self and Ally Sheedy is twitchy and erratic as ever
User ReviewAj VAs a Brat Pack fan, I had fun watching Sheedy and Lowe joke around and have fun in the movie, but as a movie fan, I can't say this is a good film. The beginning part is kinda ridiculous and not fully explained, and then again you don't really care if the main character succeeds in his goal of getting Victoria to love him or not because he's not all that interesting as a character anyways. Would have been better to make a movie about Sheedy's character, Roma.
User Reviewbill sNot bad, but not particularly good either. I am just as ambivalent about Rob Low's character in the film. He is both likable, charming, determined, self-serving, manipulative and arrogant all at the same time. it is somewhat sweet that he loves this woman from afar and actually moves to another continent just to be with her, but he seems to have no real sense of morals other than "how do I get what I want?" as an anglophile, it upset me to see the stereotypical portrayal of almost all brits as humorless, stuffy, snobby assholes. good for Lowe fans, but little else. There is a quite young Julian Sands here too though.
User ReviewBeatriz Nentretenida, tiene más años que la tana, pero hoy la he vuelto a ver. rob lowe es un niñato en esta peli, pero es entretenida, a mi me gusta
User ReviewJess AThis movie is the quintessential 80s filler movie, complete with rock music, and music video styled moments. It's not worth a watch unless you have an obsession with the 80s, love the "Brat Pack" films, or cannot stay away from young Rob Lowe.
