Movie Reviews

IGN - 8/10 by Miranda SanchezMy Hero Academia: Two Heroes is an entertaining but inconsequential feature film take on the popular anime.
Los Angeles Times - 8/10 by Charles SolomonThe first theatrical feature adapted from the hit anime adventure My Hero Academia: Two Heroes gives fans of the manga and broadcast series exactly what they want: a high-energy blend of heroism, comedy, friendship and take-no-prisoners battles.
User Review - 9/10 by MattoshieVery good I like how it dosnt continue the plot but goes back in between season 2 & 3 and awnsers some questions that never got resolved
User Review - 9/10 by DarrenDrawingYTI am a huge fan of the anime ‘My Hero Academia’, so I went to go see the movie with my family. Keep in mind I watch my anime dubbed, so if you are planning on seeing the sub, you may want to consider a different review. The story follows Izuku Midoriya (Justin Briner) and All Might (Christopher Sadat) traveling to I-Island to attend a convention, and All Might reunites with his old friend. Everything about the film is spot-on.
User Review - 7/10 by Jesus_SavesThis movie is good, but not great, which is disappointing for this franchise. Since this is a one off movie, none of the characters are going to have any development, and nothing too serious is going to happen that will impact the rest of the series. I like the concept of only certain characters being able to go to i-island since it's meant to be exclusive, but one by one basically the entire class one 1-A shows up. Some make sense to be there, whereas others do not. As always, seeing the interactions between the characters (with the exception of Mineta and Denki) is nice. I can't remember any themes looking back on it. Despite these flaws, it's still a good movie overall.
User Review - 7/10 by mikesgold2KMam mieszane uczucia co do tego filmu - z jednej strony schematyczny i przewidywalny, zaś z drugiej fajnie zobaczyć ulubionych bohaterów na w większej akcji
User Review - 6/10 by SoulWarfareI appreciate that this movie actually expands on the world of My Hero Academia and also explores more of All Might's backstory. Apart from that the movie is very predictable and forgettable.
User Review - 6/10 by XV_It was OK in almost everything, it doesn't look or feels like a theatrical movie, the animation it's as good as the T.V. anime and the plot is pretty dull, is kind of entertaining in some parts but by the end of the 1st half when the plot starts to kick in, you're just waiting for the thing to end. Not Plus Ultra at all.
User Review - 5/10 by bataguilaTal vez si hubiera visto el manga me hubiera emocionado, pero en si, esta poco emotiva y los personajes me dan igual, las historias no atrapan. Muy X, pero bien hecha.
User Review - 3/10 by ElSmasherBoring as possible. This film-filler from the Bones anime successfully completes the fan service's advent, because Two Heroes is all about that, especially since it does not add anything to the original plot, nor to draw from it. lessons. The only good point is the animation of Bones which remains the same as the anime.
