Anna Vernia, a beautiful young nurse, receives a medal for her dedication to patient needs at the hospital where she works. She is dating Victor Sender, a doctor who also works there. Crime is rampant in the city; gangs of young thugs attack families at random. Because of this, Victor is working on a project to electro-shock violent criminals. By using this therapy he hopes to turn them into model citizens. Recently, there has been a rash of unresolved killings, the victims are always young men. These slayings have been attributed to a serial killer, probably a sadistic homosexual. But it is Anna who is the perpetrator. She lures young men to her bed in her sprawling mansion and then dispatches them while they are in their blissful afterglow. She views it as an ultimately desirable able way to die. Things become complicated when David, a former gang member witnesses her execute a young man. He begins to extort money in exchange for his silence. His former gang leader sees him on a new motorcycle and concludes that David purchased it with some missing gang monies.

User ReviewGaz Hfuturistic 60's style... totally unfair to compare it to a clockwork orange but if you like the visual stylings of kubricks classic, you should enjoy this.. i'd say more but i can't find my dvd to refresh my memory and i'm wondering where the bloody hell it is!!
User ReviewGiuseppe Vnice movie but quite slow and a bit pretentious in the trial to "emulate" the mighty Kubrick's Clockwork Orange. The morbid mood of the film is, nonetheless, an interesting note as well as the good performance of the Lyon, whose stunning beauty is supported by an intriguing charachter. Quite weird, a bit ruined by a plot that sometimes results boring.
User ReviewJames CThis is a rather disjointed Spanish Sci-fi title which basically rip-off Stanley Kubrick's A CLOCKWORK ORANGE (it even carries the same title!). However in an attempt to add some sliver of originality the film includes a bizarre, and ultimately pointless, sub-plot involving a nurse who kills young men. Yet despite its uneven tone and lack of direction, the film does carry an enduring 70s kitsch feel to it and for the most part is pretty well shot. The film's mains elling point however is the "What the ****...." ending which involves a recital of Edgar Allan Poe and... well you'll just have to watch it to find out! So if you don't mind bad dubbing, a wayward plot and a little bloodshed, this is a Euro-Cult film worth viewing. (NB - The UK R2 version contains cuts but I believe these involved the trimming of dialogue from the gang sequences rather than any violence etc)
