| User ReviewOliver Gthis is the kind of fun stupid b movie that isn't all that bad, some silly scenes, over acting, stereotypical characters. a small town festival is threatened by a series of meteorites from a comet that is breaking up over the earth. a crazy hermit astronomer and out of work stay at home dad and his wife try to warn the mayor to cancel the festival and head for cover. entertainment if you are looking for a silly movie. |
| User ReviewJames KBOLLACKS! This was complete and utter crap. I gave it one star because of the very cool special effects and pictures of Earth it gave and of the meteorite shower. Otherwise this movie was a typical American happy go lucky movie with a few too many sub plots and over acting to be had by all. The concept was a decent one and the movie had a huge amount of potential but it went for about 3 hours and it was so unbelievable that i wanted to headbutt the director/producer of the movie. If this movie had a disasterous ending instead of the bodgy happily ever after ending then this movie would have been right on the money and its half rate acting would have been bearable but alsa that may have been too depressing! |
