| User ReviewDavid RA pleasant South African film. I didn't think they made them that way down there but evidently they do. It is about a Muslim guy who wants to do stand up, his conservative father doesn't want him to, and the story goes on cruise control after that. Will the father be smiling in the audience at the end of the movie? I'll never tell! It sure made the film festival crowd I saw it with in Cleveland happy, though. It is interesting to see other cultures in far-off lands, but otherwise it is pretty ordinary. |
