School is over and summer has begun in the dead-end seaside town of Rainmouth. While Jamie's friends seem to be happy working in the local pie factory by day and looking for sex by night, Jamie is bored out of his mind, running his pot-head mother's B&B. He's desperate to get out of there. But when he meets beautiful, smart and sexy American traveler Juliana at a party, he's smitten - the world is not so small after all. But soon after Juliana's arrival, strange things start happening. One of the local teens goes missing at a party. Then, another. Jamie is warned by an enigmatic stranger that a werewolf is in town - and preying solely on virgin flesh! The only way to be safe seems to be to pop your cherry. (But that can't be true... can it?) As the locals are picked off one by one, the boys fear that a werewolf is indeed after them. And for all their talk, it turns out none of them have ever had sex before... Pretty soon, everyone is dying to get laid.

HeyUGuysStefan PapeDespite Love Bite's shortcomings, it is an original, undemanding story: a conventional romantic comedy about virgins it may be, but with added werewolves.
SFX MagazineNatasha HodgsonIf you're throwing out story, pacing, character and visuals, the results better be funny. Love Bite is not.
Total FilmGeorge BassForget any traces of werewolf credibility - watch this only for Robert Pugh as a copper trying to bring Met tactics to Herne Bay.
User ReviewMarc EThe Americans invented Grind House, trust the British to up the anti and reinvent it with a bit of British slap and tickle that'll have you rolling about laughing until your sides hurt.
User ReviewNick KIt's a great movie, funny and fantastic Ed Speleers as Jamie^^
User ReviewScott MFar better than expected funnier tha expected to. that said its not an out and out comedy but still laughable. even has a nice wee twist from what seems the obvious through the film.
User ReviewMike PLove Bite is a horror comedy film about teens avoiding the werewolf who goes after virgins! The film is very predictable and the storyline ending is given away long before the ending of the film. The film keeps you watching it only thinking it may progress further, but fails to do so, making you regret watching it as soon as it finishes.
User ReviewJohn TExcellently bad British comedy horror, somewhere between the Inbetweeners and Wolfman!
User ReviewPaul DFeatherweight "horror" comedy set in a coastal English town in which young Jamie Ed Speleers) starts an awkward relationship with a visiting American girl (Jessica Szohr) just as a werewolf begins to stalk the virgins of the town. Care to guess if Jamie falls into that particular category? Speleers makes a mostly likable lead and Szohr is okay as the mysterious love interest, but their cause is let down by a mostly obnoxious supporting cast and a lack of both suspense or laughs. Worst still is just how tame it all is, with little blood to be seen and a werewolf that looks more goofy than frightening. Director Andy De Emmony tries to add a subversive ending, but even that is unearned and falls flat. Mediocre to the extreme.
User ReviewChloe A1 star! The blonde guy in it is absolutely banging, but it's put me off of Luke completely! The film was really stupid actually!
