User ReviewCynthia SThis is not my usual kind of movie, but I loved it!! I've only seen Sandra Oh in Grey's Anatomy so it was great to see that she is a wonderful actress in other roles, too. This movie pulled at my heartstrings, and I teared up several times. All the characters became likable, even a few that weren't so likable in the beginning. This is definitely worth watching!!
User ReviewC DI really thought that this movie struck some touching chords not only in the context of Asian culture, but in the context of filial, spousal, and general interpersonal relationships. I thought that Sandra Oh did a lovely job. I'd watch this again, for sure.
User ReviewJessie SVery cute movie that involves chinese magic, love and despair. Highly recommend it.
User ReviewPrivate UIt was difficult to enjoy while there was always one side who was hurt by the other's prosperity. It was definitely worth the watch though, I thought it was excellent regardless. I recommend anyone who stumbles across it to give it a chance
User ReviewDiane OSublime. It's predictable in a good way - you root for the movie itself, and everything comes together nicely at the end. A well-edited film to boot!
User ReviewMegan BI enjoy Sandra Oh, she does nice work. This is a cute movie about a single mom and her daughter. Not a fast pace movie with a lot of crazy action, just a heartfelt movie.
