After observing a series of disturbing events, he decides to take advantage of his position and change the way the hospital is organized. Everything has to take place in one night to avoid bureaucratic obstacles and institutional reactions. In this particular and poetic way, five hundred patients work together to break down the wall that hides their condition from the world.
