After observing a series of disturbing events, he decides to take advantage of his position and change the way the hospital is organized. So much so that, one summer's evening, the director invites all the patients into the hospital grounds and suggests they knock down the wall that separates the city from the mental hospital. Everything has to take place in one night to avoid bureaucratic obstacles and institutional reactions. In this particular and poetic way, five hundred patients work together to break down the wall that hides their condition from the world.
