IGN MoviesMike BrackenLike Romero's Day of the Dead, it's the weakest of the three films. Unlike Romero's film, it doesn't have quite as much going for it, despite some fairly decent gore.

User ReviewCarlos IThis Movie was awesome for low budget Vandergrift plays over 10 parts in it as an extra
User ReviewJon Calmost as good as the original skipped the 2nd one knowing it didn't do as well this one deals with an evolutionary allegory on abortions on deformed infants; is it within our right to kill the unsightly and the dangerous at such a young age or can a new breed of humanity co-exist with us? the monstrous, bloodthirsty creatures multiply by the hour and society feels that the best solution is to isolate them on a deserted island soon though they escape thanks to a still-caring father who believes they can live just like us it's too bad there isn't as much of the creatures but the idea is still there dealing with the harsh decision on whether or not to kill your own good kills with some allegory on newborns and their fate not a bad sequel
User ReviewDave CThe saga of the mutant babies continues, and Larry Cohen's message is as confusing as ever. Cohen clearly sympathizes with the parents who want their children to live despite their being a danger to nearly everyone who comes in contact with them, but it's hard, as a viewer to meet him there. Then this movie adds an AIDS metaphor (no one wants to sleep with the father of a killer mutant, after all - it might be catching!) on top of the already strained abortion theme, seeming just to make sure you don't know what to think. Michael Moriarty is as cool as always, though.
User ReviewAnis TGreat finale to Larry Cohen's classic "It's Alive" killer baby trilogy. Full of dark humor and an off-the-wall and inspired performance by Michael Moriarty. Nice wrap-up to the series. Fun stuff.
User ReviewNathan Omichael moriarty is gold in this film. i love the its alive series!
User ReviewJonathan MAn awesomely bad film. From Michael Moriarty's hysterically serious acting to the helicopter that explodes for no reason, this film delivers it all for fans of bad movies.
User ReviewJoshua GThis was the most intentionally funny film of the series...I hope. My second favorite of the trilogy adds a new dimension to "terror" (?) and has giant mutated babies killing everything in their path. Highlights include robotic acting by the male lead, and genre favorite Karen Black cameos....for a while.
