When he learns that the ball was shot by golf legend Bobby Jones who was trying to find out what was wrong with his brassie, Mr. Gillingwater would rather have an impromptu lesson on playing with the brassie than to chastise Bobby for the errant ball. Bobby shows him the finer points of gripping the club, and proper foot placement to allow for freedom in the hip movement while driving. What Mr. Gillingwater doesn't know is that Bobby, who is a friend of Allan's, has ulterior motives in providing the lesson.
