Russell Proco has a grudge: every university he attends expels him for getting too friendly with the congenial coeds. And if he does not receive a college diploma soon, he will be removed from the massive trust fund promised by his parents. Russell's only hope for the massive trust fund is to stop going astray. And there's no better place for him than Busterburger University - where they provide an education on how to manage a Busterburger franchise. All Russell has to do to graduate and receive the diploma he hungers for, is to keep out of trouble. And keep away from the girls. And for this footloose, would-be grill king, that's no short order.
