| User ReviewNicola MRather disappointing, considering how much I adore the 1st and 2nd of the "Four Daughters" films. The characters didn't have their same old charm and didn't act in the same way they should have, and the director was terrible. Replacing Michael Curtiz in order to make a sequel to "Four Wives", was quite a challenge, in which the new director had difficulty in creating the same atmosphere as the two previous ones. Though the 2nd one wasn't nearly as great as the 1st, it was much much better than this one. If you are a "Four Daughters" fan, then I'd recommend staying away from this and just sticking with the earlier films. |
| User Reviewjay nContrived finale to the Four Daughters saga tries to throw everything but kitchen sink into the story and comes out flat. Missing Curtiz' effective touch. |
