This film focuses exclusively on the main hearing and legal issues in criminal proceedings. In this process, the two perspectives of the lawyer and the investigator are contrasted and interwoven. At selected points, the questioning of the commissioner by the lawyer for his investigation is illustrated by means of split screens. The events in the courtroom thus acquire additional dimensions for the audience. The different aesthetics of both films are combined and thus made visible in one work.
